ode to Dan Flavin

I used these fabric screens to soften the setting sun’s warmth, blending it with the lights. As evening progresses, the colors become increasingly vivid, turning the windows into a public light art display. Dan Flavin was the first artist I came to love—this is my version of a love letter.
